Lmao I love the Jeff memes, they're just funny. Jeff does have some valuable lessons in his video. Where would I be today without the facepulls? I'd be hurting from too much external rotation, that's where I'd be

Absolutely. I directly credit him with curing a lower back issue I was having while training for a marathon. I follow many of his tips with my daily routine to this day.

Jeff uses fake weigts.

(Truth. He did. I still love him, though. He's an OG Youtuber for fitness.)

Not surprised. The more I work with PTs and trainers with amazing bodies, the more I've come to realize they won't touch heavy weights for fear of injury.

I get it, you look amazing, but you can't back squat 200 lbs with good form and usually never touch a barbell. WTF?

P.S. clicked for face pulls. 🤣

Greg Doucette does a pretty good vids on it.

I used to like Greg but his content got bad. You and your gf eating popcorn with your mini pig. Seriously?

I prefer Jeff 100% because he still puts out quality, professional stuff

Yep.

I dig Greg, too. But Jeff is the boss for a reason. Greatest strength and conditioning coaching on the internet.

Something like that.

They look real. But they're something you can buy online.

Look up 'AthleanX fake weights" on Youtube. There are tons and tons of vids about it.
