I’ve known people that did similar things. An Aunt of mine was like that. Pathological liar her whole life. Then she got really old and didn’t know what the truth was anymore. Her husband killed himself, and I suspect that was a large part of it. Not even sure she realizes she was married to him and he died at this point. She’d send us random birthday cards throughout the year for a while. Not on our birthdays. Just whenever.
Anyone that has any direct experience with things like this sees Biden raw and uncut, and knows something there ain’t right. Joe Rogan said it best: no matter how you feel about Trump, it’s really weird everyone on the left is pretending Biden isn’t off his rocker. He’s dying and demented before our eyes. And he’s up for election.

Other than that by doing this he's demonstrating his cognitive decline, I'm not sure what the big deal is -- he went to some university, he got some degree, and Delaware State University isn't exactly an internationally recognized powerhouse of educational excellence. It's not like he's claiming to have gone to MIT. Hell, the place he went to probably ranks higher.
