I am not sure that question has been officially addressed yet....... they impeached him in his first term.....there is a statement in the constitution that says if impeached, and not convicted, the first term doesnt count. Soooooo.....I'm not a constitutional scholar, others may know better.
I think only the first. I'm sure if it meant any other, clinton would have found a way to run again.
