One second they are switching drivers, doesn't seem to be much "threatening" going on (some guy is taking a pic of the plate), a second later the new driver is plowing through the crowd.
Need more info, but looks very fishy indeed.
Edit: Needs confirming, but hearing a lot of reports this was in a parking lot, so that completely debunks the whole innocently driving down a road that was being "blocked" by protestors ... on top of the fact that they were switching drivers for no apparent reason, of course.
This next bit is complete and pure tin foil hat speculation, but: in a another thread someone suggested that it might be a total set up. Meaning they would just need one "planted" person to attack the car, to make it look like the new driver was justified in plowing through the crowd ... absolutely bananas if there is any shred of truth to this.
Then again, not a lot of us expected that other Patriot to get hunted that night. Remember that picture of the coward hiding in wait around the corner of the parking garage entrance ?

BUT no one in that scene is attacking the Person changing seats... I don`t see their lifes threatened in anyway. Most people are not looking at the car..
Exactly, they weren't exactly in fear for their life if they were casually getting in and out of the car, at the very least mere seconds before they gunned it the first time.
They would have let her through slowly I think, noone was banging on her car. They should not have surrounded the front of her car but if she had honked I assumed most would part.
I'm against surrounding vehicles. That said she apparently was in the driver's seat about 3 seconds before she hit someone. Doesn't look good for her. However I don't know what was happening 15 minutes before.
The attitude of everyone, at least right in front of the car, is completely different from 95% of the videos I've seen of Pantifa.
There is at least space for a standing person or two between the front of the car and them. I can't hear anyone screaming directly at the driver, or leaning on the front of the car, or repeatedly banging on the car... The driver doesn't rev the engine, or honk, of give any fucking warning... They weren't even in the middle of a road.
None of the usual things we've seen for months.

From this video, I'd say the driver is at fault for causing the crowd to react. But like you say, we absolutely need additional context.
