I was able to watch the video- and she was assaulting people throughout the encounter with pepper spray, later she approached people with a stick held in the attack position to threaten others. This was in a parking lot, not an open road. No one was blocking her. She got in the car and charged a group of people- period. She used the vehicle as a weapon.
Never block a vehicle with your body- you will lose regardless of your politics.
Noone was blocking her vehicle. Watch the video. She had a clear path to back up and leave.

Yeah I jumped the gun on this one assuming she was in a parking spot when she wasn't.
