I'm against surrounding vehicles. That said she apparently was in the driver's seat about 3 seconds before she hit someone. Doesn't look good for her. However I don't know what was happening 15 minutes before.
The attitude of everyone, at least right in front of the car, is completely different from 95% of the videos I've seen of Pantifa.
There is at least space for a standing person or two between the front of the car and them. I can't hear anyone screaming directly at the driver, or leaning on the front of the car, or repeatedly banging on the car... The driver doesn't rev the engine, or honk, of give any fucking warning... They weren't even in the middle of a road.
None of the usual things we've seen for months.
She gets in (after switching with the original driver, still no idea why, original driver who then walks away into the crowd that is supposedly threatening their life...okaaay.), and within 1-3 seconds plows into the crowd a first time, they react in turn to that, then she drives ahead right through everyone.
From this video, I'd say the driver is at fault for causing the crowd to react. But like you say, we absolutely need additional context.
The second plow yes, totally agree, but the initial ram (from this single perspective video) seems unprovoked.
