Nobody was blocking her car. She had a clear path to reverse.

In a road yes, in a parking lot, no. By your logic people could have a county fair in a parking lot and a car could literally drive into the parking lot and run people over who don't get out of the way.

It’s in a parking lot. Pedestrians have the right of way. You ever been to a sporting event or a concert where you’re often “trapped” by pedestrians? You think just because there’s a bunch of people that may be blocking you from getting out you can just run those people down too?

No. You would never be charged with kidnapping or anything else with these facts. Ever. You don’t know what the hell you’re talking about. People may not have been charged for the Antifa incidents because of where they occurred and the particular facts of those cases.

They’re all on roads, and Antifa are mobbing the car and threatening the driver. Here, the driver felt safe enough to get out and have someone else take the wheel. Nobody bothered them. Nobody mobbed the car. People were standing around in front and one guy took a picture of the plate.

The driver didn’t honk. They didn’t try to gently edge forward. They slammed on the gas. Using a car as a battering ram is use of deadly force. That means if you’re going to do it you need to fear severe bodily injury or death. You don’t get to attempt to kill people because you’re inconvenienced. GTFOH.
