Section 3 ALLOWS the REMOVAL of Democrat House, Senate, Governors, Mayors, District Attorneys & City Council members who engaged in insurrection or rebellion or gave aid & comfort to those enemies (EG: terrorist groups such as ANTIFA).
It also ELIMINATES the electoral college votes of those respective States (EG: CA, OR, WA, IL, NY)"
