I didn't. I said, very specifically 'it looks like' and that I may very well could be wrong and then posted the video I was basing it off of. It was not a statement, it was a conjecture based off what I'd seen so far.

Had I said: "The Trump supporters definitely beat on her car first and deserved it after provoking."; that would have been a statement.
