The driver casually walked up to the car, another, unthreatened person casually gets out, and less than 5 seconds later, without slowly moving forward or beeping, the gas is hit.
This was a parking lot, not a street.
Several people were struck in the back, implying they had no clue at all that this person wanted to move forward.
At no time was this car damaged or threatened before she ran people over.
