We just had an event for our local candidates in my small town of less than 10K people and the crowd size was at least 20 times larger than this.

I really to see 1000:1 vote ratio as a cascade of liberals on social media realise they've been screaming into a progressivists Communist void at each other, and for every real life friend they proselytized they created 10 Trump voters.

I went to a random TEA party event locally a few years ago. This was in the midterms, and beyond the usual there weren't really many offices up for election. But we did have Jim Jordan and Alan Keyes, so that was pretty fucking cool considering it's not exactly a big city.

... Easily 20x the turnout.
