It isn't a matter of stupid, it is a matter of learned helplessness. They are born into an addiction on social welfare benefits, they are raised on a steady diet of racial hate, class envy, and eternal victimhood. The cycle has to be broken. It is a matter of mentorship and leadership. The current cultural climate of blacks is nothing short of cancerous and that cancer has cost us trillions in welfare and will cost us trillions more. We need to replace their culture of hate and victim with one of industrious and fidelity. This will not happen on its own - no cancer cures itself. Well, except for RBG.
