I look at this differently and thus pity him. I think he is a relatively smart man over all and it must be terrible not to be able to get out the words he is trying to say, which is what this looks like.

Not to be confused with his other stuttering bullshit hes done his whole life. This different and new to the past year.

Cognitively I think he is mostly there, but he can't even voice a single complete sentence once he gets even a little excited. Do we really want someone who is declining SO FUCKING FAST as president? Fuck, I wouldn't even want him as an announcer at a basketball game!

He's a psychopath. I'll save my sympathy for the countries he victimized.

Very true on both accounts. I said pity though, not sympathy. Same goes for that bitch who just died. Rachel? Rose? Rebecca? Whatever the old bitch's name is, I'm glad her evil is gone. Feel bad for the family because they lost a loved one....but not that she is dead.

One can have pity and even sympathy and still hate the person you know.

True enough. Pity implies contempt, after all.

This isn't a speech or verbalization issue. This is dementia. His verbalization is reflective and parallel to his mental state
