I feel like I would have to go out of my way to do a gross amount of drugs and or alcohol in order to sound that incoherent. That is what he sounds like by default... damn.....

They are pumping him full of drugs and he can't recover and do this over and over again, plus he is losing whatever mental capacity he has left.

For anyone who may have to deal with this in someone they love, Try them on a low carb / ketogentic style diet, I have read some promising research and antidote that doing that will help with the decline of dementia and even restore a good bit of function. The thought behind it is what is happening is the brain is becoming more and more insulin resistant so getting the body to run off of ketones will get fuel to the brain.... the brain is basically starving which is why he is having less and less good days.

Yes, fat as brain fuel can make a difference.
