This exactly. Anyone looking objectively can see the black community is in a bad place in many many areas. This isn’t welfare this is an infrastructure plan to help pull the black community out of poverty. If the black community does better we as a nation do better I don’t understand why that should be a problem we’ve blown so much money on nonsense this is actually something that may help.
