This is a GROSS oversimplification of the law (obviously because it's intended for counter-intelligence, not law enforcement).
Federal criminal law involving treason, sedition, and subversive activities is found in Chapter 115 of Title 18.
Sedition, for example, isn't just promoting disloyalty. Sedition is a kind of conspiracy, and it requires the goal of violently overthrowing the Government, preventing the execution of federal law, or taking federal property. Yes, we've seen near-examples of that recently in Portland, and there's a strong argument that ANTIFA is a seditious conspiracy, but there are important nuances.
Similarly, treason is defined in the Constitution (the only such crime) and has a very specific and limited definition: "Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." (Article III, Section 3). Lesser crimes - like lying to the FISA court, encouraging Iran to wait for a new president to make a deal, and affiliating with ANTIFA - are not treason.
Military law is found in the Chapter 47 of Title 10, and largely parallels federal law in this area.
I'd be spending my whole day reporting if this was still a thing.
