I know some of you think this may not be a big deal, but I feel it was a personal accomplishment. I successfully went to the gym and did some Whole Foods shopping without a freakin’ mask. The lady at Whole Foods tried to give me one, but I just said “no thanks” and kept walking. I can’t even convince my husband to ditch his. He’s always worried the police will be called on us.

Organize a group of at least 20, all meet at some left leaning super-chain, wear masks on the way in then take them off at a certain time.
Damn dude I was gunna write the same thing. Damn!! You beat me to it!! Ok ill give the vote up!
female privilege, a man would have been chokeslammed
LOL... maybe that’s why my husband won’t try. I was literally the only one there without a mask.
Praise praise! I do fully understand how huge this is!!
Honestly, thats pretty brave ! Keep up the good work :)
Wholefoods is exactly the place to do this kind of thing. Take this kind of stuff to the large corporate food chains that are left leaning. Make THEM call the police or rough you up.
But do your SHOPPING in a local or regional place....
I think that’s the definition of living in fear.
Unfortunately, that’s indeed what has happened. To make matters even more intense, they have a security guard watching at the exit to Whole Foods.
It might be time for a divorce
Nah... I’ll convince him one way or another. As a matter of fact, yesterday was our 17th anniversary.😉
Congrats
Some faggot told me I’m supposed to wear one this morning when I was getting breakfast, I just told him I don’t give a shit what he thinks and he needed to leave me alone
I know that feeling. It's like realizing you've had the key to your jail cell the whole time.
Congrats!
Just be kind and respectful and you can bet others will wish they were as courageous as you...one day soon they just might be.
The grocery store is the only place I go that masks are "required". I stopped conforming about 3 weeks ago, There were only a few others maskless then. Now probably 75% of the people I see in the store are maskless.
Lots of places here will deny you entry, enough that you need to have one. So I'll pull it out of my pocket and then just leave it pulled down.
Your steps to victory in that scenario:
Inform them you have a medical condition which makes you unable to wear a mask
If they still deny entry, ask if they offer curbside pickup or online orders. If yes, do that. If no, ask for the phone number of their legal department
In earshot of the previous employee, inform legal that they are in violation of the ADA, and will be facing an extremely hefty lawsuit (maybe even class action) if they do not change their policy
Money speaks. If they could lose tens of thousands of dollars in fines and then even more in court costs every time they do the thing, they will stop doing the thing
You misspelled "Wife"
