I was a practicing alcoholic in the late 80s and early 90s. I have been sober for a long time. If Trump is on Adderall long-term, he seems to be managing the habit well.
There is no medical evidence that Trump takes Adderal. The results of his physical exam were released, and it included his meds. I think he takes a statin drug to lower cholesterol. Trump has volunteered to take a drug test before the debates. I doubt he would do that if he routinely takes Adderal.
