So pure speculation based on rumors? It’s possible, but he never exhibits any telltale signs of being on any sort of stimulant. If he is, it’s probably a low dose to keep noticeable side effects to a minimum (5mg dextroamphetamine is sufficient to keep most people focused/alert for a few hours).
I was a practicing alcoholic in the late 80s and early 90s. I have been sober for a long time. If Trump is on Adderall long-term, he seems to be managing the habit well.
