Are you a shill or just White Supemecist? Do YOU think you are smarter than GEOTUS? ALL are precious and seen Beautiful in the eyes of the LORD. 500b is just a drop in the bucket to save our Trillion Dollar cities and economy and The Democrats holding down Black Economic prosperity was a big part of it.
