Hmmmmmm..... FAKE NEWS --- Not one mention of either Malaria or HQZ - not one! The "assumption" by WHO and "experts" is ".... it's possible that some African countries are better equipped to respond to infectious disease outbreaks "because we have a lot of experience from Ebola and other diseases." Ya, like Malaria and HQZ maybe!?!?
