OK so they've managed to slow-walk the Durham investigation so long now, even extending it perpetuity by paperclipping Clinton Foundation investigations to the unrelated or loosely related Spygate investigation, ENSURING IT WOULD NOT BE CONCLUDED BY "END OF SUMMER" (which was 9/22)
