Uhhh wrong, he uses MATH and SCIENCE. So much so he went back to his calculations in 2016 and found the magical "variable" that made his results a lot more correct. So SCIENCE wins again.

Oh and mail in ballots are totally 100% safe. We did the science behind that too.
