If you want a 1911 I can recommend Rock Island Armory. I have the double stack 10mm and it is a great pistol. 16 rounds of 10mm in the 1911 platform is tough to beat.
One of the reason I got this. Now that I am very proficient with 9mm, I’ve been studying to take 10mm and magnum rounds. Next Sunday may be magnum revolver edition.
I held one of these in a gun store the one day and decided to get something else. It wasn't bad but the handgrip/magwell felt too thick for my taste. Went with a 10mm springfield R.O elite operator instead.
10mm plus Colt = one sweet firearm.
Honestly I live both Sig and Colt. I may post up my Legion pistols next Sunday. I’d love to get a P220 Legion in 10mm sometime in the next year too.
You will not be disappointed unless capacity is a huge issue for you.

I love this pistol. Had more recoil than I thought but the beefiness of it made for an accurate shot.
