Ginsburg's death screwed The Steal. The appeal circuits that encompass most of the swing states are in are dominated by conservative majorities.
Wisconsin: Seventh Circuit, 9 conservatives to 2 liberals (technically 8-2 with ACB's nomination to SCOTUS).
Michigan: Sixth Circuit, 11 conservatives to 6 liberals.
Pennsylvania: Third Circuit, 8 conservatives to 6 liberals.
Minnesota: Eighth Circuit, 10 conservatives to 1 liberal.
Florida: Eleventh Circuit, 7 conservatives to 5 liberals.
Even with Roberts being a weenie, the circuit decisions need 5 SCOTUS votes to overturn them. Ginsburg dying makes that much more difficult, even if ACB is not confirmed before the election.
Thanks Cocaine Mitch. The courts are very important and this just goes to show it. Having Trump in there instead of HILLARY changed the courts for a long time. Thankfully. Now we need some decisions in immigration and reverse the path we’ve been going down since 1965.
