My former brother in law is a guard in a NY prison. He’s worked in a men’s facility and a women’s facility and he said that by far the women are more evil and disgusting. He says they try to become friends with him and tell him what they did and the stories are stomach turning. He has nothing but contempt for these animals.

If this was about justice then a very large swath of criminals would be killed for what they done. This is about mercy.
Some will argue that killing is mercy in many forms, but in this particular case its mercy for the women not to have this done which California did. Some guys will, also, be on the receiving end as well.

I think if you're convicted of a crime, any crime, while being transgender, you should be automatically added to the sex offender registry and everything that entails since there's a high likelihood you are one and just haven't been caught.

You're about to get a ton of pregnant female inmates I can tell you that. I literally work at a women's prison and I know EXACTLY how that's going to go. Anyone with family behind bars needs to be blowing up the mailboxes and voicemails with constant calls and letters to get this stopped. They aren't going to like the results

I can imagine there just might be some in the female prison population that would welcome such inclusivity. Trans females might just become some of the more popular inmates in the female population. Trans males in the male population might find their situation to be somewhat less than ideal however.
