Even if trump loses (he won't) he can still release the information and aresst those involved before January. Then we the people will take back the government. As is our Civic duty.

The FBI agent's interview was a submission in an ongoing court case (Flynn's), and it's material to the case. If the government had sat on that interview, Flynn's lawyer would have had them for lunch.

It's standard DoJ policy. I don't know if there is a hard time limit, but it's certainly more than 35 days (or whatever it is now).
