Saffron is a colour deeply ingrained in Indian religio-cultural heritage, and current conservative BJP government led by PM Narendra Modi is also a big proponent of saffron revival.

Trump is the saffron equivalent in USA, good for the restaurant owner.

I know and it's perhaps the connotation in the restaurant's name. But saffron is also a colour of which I was talking about.
