Eh, forgive me for being technical (I am a scientist afterall), but the date of hire doesn't exactly prove the reason for lack of hire... That's conflating evidence supporting one question (when) with a different question that the evidence does not directly answer (why).

If you really wanna prove why women weren't hired, better to look into records of women who applied for those positions at the time/prior & were rejected to see what the rejection letters & notes on the hiring process by employers described. Or if not that, at least point to some neurology/psychology & economics/sociology studies & statistics (But be careful with psychology & sociology studies/data, and even economics in some cases, because those are inherently less reliable due to inability to control multiple variables or ensure results via repetition, as is required according to the scientific method. This is exactly why its been used to support so much leftist shit in the first place). The basis you provide for your claim needs to fit the context & make logical sense. Otherwise, you're just making what is essentially a baseless assumption. (Which, if all you want to do is state your opinion, is fine. But if you want to state something as fact, that requires more.)

Not saying that your claim is false or that it has no supporting evidence somewhere, since it probably does. But if you're gonna point to or provide evidence, better do it legitimately & using clear, careful, accurate, & logically sound lines of thinking. Doing what you did there is illogical &/or lazy, and we ain't dumb liberals who base "fact" on unsupported or mis-supported opinions or claims. We should all be better than that.

I realize you probably didn't do that on purpose, and I'm not trying to bully you--Just using you as an example, because I've seen a lot more of leftist-type language & lazy "reasoning" here lately, and I've always taken pride in TD being a place of reason. I don't want this place to fall into the trap of hive-mind, leftist-type thinking, so I'm pointing it out where I notice it.

This concludes my PSA for today, lol.

Edit: This is especially important if we want to win thinking, or even just mildly aware, people over & break the leftist brainwashing for good. The only way to beat stupidity & gaslighting is to bring people to the light, not just shuffle them around to a different place in the dark.

Eh, I don't think that's the way to go because that would make room for more actual discrimination. Not like it will be suddenly all over, but it will inevitably unfairly hurt the women who don't deserve it. And while I couldn't care less about the unaccountable & idiot females, because frankly, they do it to themselves, that's not right to the females who are smart, accountable, not gullible or emotionally unstable, & do everything right.

And while the female biology has its political cons, it also has pros that are important to the fabric society & need to be reflected in politics to balance the pros & cons of the male biology. Main problem is that the commies have taken away the male influence on women keeping them in check, & unstabilized most of the female segment of society. But the root cause of that is communist manipulation, moreso than female disposition. With willpower, awareness, & proper guidance/parenting, the negatives of any biological disposition can be accounted for & rendered neutral or close to it. Have seen this in myself, in other men & women, in people with all sorts of illnesses, & in my work in biology & neurology. Not everyone tries hard enoufh or is successful in doing so, but it is definitely possible for the individual will to conquer even inherent obstacles. But commies don't want this to be acknowledged where it doesn't serve them.

Rather, I think there should be an amendment detailing some sort of added requirements for voting (objective & available for every citizen to attempt to attain) so that there is something verifying votes, encouraging personal responsibility, knowledge of the system, & stability, so that not just any & every idiot can vote & feed the overlords' thirsts for power. But I guess it would demote voting to a privilege (like driving) as opposed to a right, and that might be a dangerous path if not handled properly (or even despite being handled properly).

So I dunno. The root cause of this issue is societal, though, not procedural. So unless we solve the root issues at the core of our culture & societal practices, that's as good as putting a bandaid on a busted artery with a move that is bound to only bolster the Bolsheviks' resolve.

But something needs to be done about the useful idiots (all of them, not just the female ones) having so much power, because they are eating all of us along with themselves.
