Yep. I’ve used that scenario explaining my theory to others but used Amazon as the example. Amazon can treat their employees like crap because if you leave, there’s a long line of people behind you waiting to take your place. Small business is more likely to give you better time off, better job security and better wages and if you are the owner and can dictate your own schedule, your work/life balance is going to be a lot better. Over the past four years I’ve seen a lot of people turn a small part time hustle into a full fledged small business because of good economy blesses all...except apparently corrupt politicians.
