It looks like just another member of Law Enforcement.. you know those BLM retards and ACAB animals will hate this guy and would prefer him dead. To them this black life does not matter.
Unless you gave us more context on his career, this looks like someone who has decades of experience in the police force.
Edit: I understand now, he was enforcing stupid mask rules, but still he isn't the only cop doing this and you wouldn't be tased, shot or anything if you comply. Cops are only there to uphold whatever law is there. It's up to US to vote out the elected officials who put stupid laws like mask requirements in the first place.

Everything you say is true. The one thing I will call into question is, the word "Law" that you used in your argument. I have not received a response from the local paper in Ohio that reported the this mother was breaking the law. I have ask him to show me where, in the Ohio state legislature where that " law" was voted in.
