(Again a fancy term for a deduction on an asset that's worth less money each year) because while the actual property he owns retains or even increases in value the asset build on that property gets older and is worth less.
Every citizen world wide should be doing as much as they can to reduce their income tax. It's your money you should want to keep it, and like Kerry said governments don't spend money well, why donate extra?
