The truth that I think some don't want to face is that some people ARE, for all intent and purposes, above the law because the legal and political capital it would take to get them behind bars makes them just not worth the effort.
Personally, it IS an affront to justice itself but someone like HRC doesn't end up behind bars until you have super-majorities in both houses of Congress, the courts, and President. Also, I'd rather see them spending more time attacking the source of this whole problem in the Universities and Tech Companies. They are the bigger existential threat.
