We didn't GIVE them away - we had them taken away. We don't have a Constitution with a 2A Amendment, we don't even have a constitutional right to free speech in this country. I don't know one Australian that's willing to take it up the arse from the CCP - but then I don't hang out with people that have anything to gain from it - like politicians or University heads - or people who want the fat loot. It doesn't matter what side of politics you are on here - there is a Universal hatred for the CCP and their bullying bullshit. We were the first country to outright blame them for the Chynah virus and call for an investigation - obviously they thought we'd totally been bought and paid for. Well fuck them, they were wrong. In my regional area they have been selling the Chinese owned land/dairies/meatworks back to Aussies and pissing off back to China.
China just got smacked down by GEOTUS and like a typical bully, they turned their attention to new targets. Fortunately, Australia saw the beat-down and found a little backbone. China will, like bullies always do, get bored and move on to an easier target.
