Aside from Abortions, there has been panic porn in the past on HIV (80's and 90's), alcohol (prohibition), smoking (90's anti-smoking campaign), cancer (still current but more focus on breast cancer), and hunger (look at all the poor African children starving ads).

You really make a solid point on there being nothing about Abortions. The other stuff though has been hit so many times that people ignore it.
