Finally some sense. Letting racists promote black supremacy instead of equal opportunity (not equal outcome) was always wrong.

You can't humiliate someone who is confident in themselves. It's something the left hates deeply about Trump because he has it while they lack it.

33
RonJoner 33 points ago +33 / -0

Meritocracy is the simplest explanation for unequal outcomes.

As usual it's easier to blame the other guy.

32
Prometheus76 32 points ago +32 / -0

Unequal outcomes are so obvious that it's hard to imagine having to explain it to someone. Can you beat any NBA basketball player in one-on-one? Can you ghost write "A Brief History of Time" for Stephen Hawkings? Can you be replaced in your job by an 18-year-old refugee who doesn't speak English? WHY NOT? We should all be interchangeable if outcomes should be equal. I should be able to write a bestselling novel, a blockbuster movie, win any Formula One race I enter, and still be home by dinner. Why can't I? BECAUSE RACISM. It's so absurd.

4
570dbp 4 points ago +4 / -0

Humans are not born equal. We are diverse in our looks, innate abilities, and cultural upbringing. So naturally, the outcomes should not be equal. A NFL player can never be a scientist or vice versa. One outcome should be predictable: good work ethics and good skills lead to success. That has nothing to do with privilege or one’s skin color. The loser idiots always blame the society but never themselves for their problems. They are simply not smart enough.

Now Boeing needs to get on this list

They went from being the best defense contractor in the world, to struggling to get a spacecraft to reach the ISS. All it took was them pushing diversity hiring over merit based hiring

Diversity industrial complex

It sounds funny in theory but it is ridiculous and disgusting that it happens in real business/government. I've dealt with a number of companies who pay race hustlers $15,000+ to deliver 90 minute to 4 hour diatribes/seminars about this shit. I've seen places that have spent thousands on Diversity Beans. Whatever shyster thought of them is a genius, selling tins of jelly beans for $25 /lb to suckers. Where I work now pays a woman $30,000 each year to speak for 2 hours to tell everyone that all white people are inherently racist and that every aspect of our society is inherently racist. She rakes in millions a year for this claptrap.

19
Indelible_Hippo 19 points ago +19 / -0

Yep. Literally professional racists ... Disgusting

5

Its because their the only sector outside of govt. where their shtick works. The local mom and pop isn't gonna hire them for that shit, so they go to gullible CEOs and senators and guilt/shame them into it.

Long march through the institutions. They had a plan 50 years ago to infiltrate all major institutions and once they had enough people in place, they basically flipped the switch and thats why we've seen so much of this in the last 10 years.

18
cluckingducks 18 points ago +19 / -1

It's college grads and what they teach in colleges, combined with the requirement of a college degree to get your foot in the door. Colleges have become too powerful. Abraham Lincoln was basically self taught. Carnegie went to work as a youth and worked his way up. We are controlled by government bureaucrats and virtually every one of them has a college degree. It is a requirement of employment, so here we are. There is no way for the ambitious, smart, "non educated" person to make it to the upper middle class except for the salesman or self employed. Teachers in my state, for example, are paid according to their degree and education, not by results or circular reviews. As one of my aunts once told me when I was considering whether or not to pursue a degree, It's not how smart or capable you are, it's whether or not you have that piece of paper. (degree) This was 40 years ago. Government and businesses demand degrees, and colleges furnish them employees with degrees tainted by egg head academic BS. What needs to be done is to give colleges competition by not demanding a degree to begin with. Can you do the job? Can you pass this test? Are you of good moral character. You're hired.

4
Vests123 4 points ago +4 / -0

Didn't POTUS recently change the requirements of needing a degree for certain federal jobs?

I think he wanted to make it easier for other talented people to get involved in government.

4
cluckingducks 4 points ago +4 / -0

He may have, but there is still going to be a ceiling or hard break similar to enlisted and officer corp that the military is so fond of. Sergeant's flew aircraft in WW2. Officers couldn't have that, so now all pilots are officers, and wonder of wonders, college grads.

Your comment should be stickied for all to read and understand.

The lefts muppet politicians may be stupid, but the hidden leadership and planners aren't stupid at all, just arrogant. Their incremental planning and infiltration have been very effective, and nearly complete in every sector of society.

Only by the grace of God are we in a position, with Trump as POTUS, to reawaken the American fighting spirit.

2
Two_Scoops__ 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yep. Hate to admit it but it's an incredible plan they had.

hansgruber7 12 points ago +12 / -0

The threat of legal lawsuits. My friend works at a local Christian school. A black student got into a fight with a white student and alleged a racial slur. They threatened to sue the school for racism. As part of the settlement to avoid bad publicity, the school had to agree to force all of their employees to take regular anti-racism courses. So now my friend and all the employees are required to take this bullshit training. This is how it happens. Leaders of organizations are always risk averse, and it gets presented as a way to avoid legal liability for discrimination lawsuits and bad publicity.

5
Prometheus76 5 points ago +5 / -0

Same reason the public is still forced to wear a mask in every store that is a franchise: owners terrified of lawsuits. You think Kroger gives af about your health? You think Walmart really cares whether you live or die, or whether you get sick from their store? The ONLY reason they care is because of the ever-looming lawsuit spectre that looms over every corporate robot's back.

Worked for one of the companies mentioned. Never once had to sit through a critical race theory training.. one time had a diversity training that was surprisingly balanced.

Defense contractors are pretty right-leaning. The corporate types can be lefties but the engineers (most of the company) are your veteran boomer types. Not many shitlibs are going to work for the "evil military industrial complex"

7
PTear 7 points ago +7 / -0

Yup - i don’t recall having to take training like that but I wonder if this would include sponsoring of extracurricular clubs that promote that kind of ethnic / gender division..heard this happens at other major aerospace companies. Never understood those types of clubs since the naming alone would suggest division rather than unity..

They fact they were going on at real companies and not just tech and universities is crazy to me. That makes it look like a very well funded and malevolent thing rather than nutcases forcing it through.

Covering their asses from lawsuits

When someone decides to sue them for a sexist/racist/whatever workplace environment they can say ‘but every employee attended diversity training’ and they absolve thenselves.

Slightly off topic, but... when you "educate" your white kid about his "white privilege," aren't you telling him he is better than my black kid? WTF?

2
Nerdrem 2 points ago +2 / -0

Uh, yeah, obviously. Why else would black people need special treatment to become equal? It's because it's unfair to expect them to compete with white people from an equal position, duh.

That's literally what these people think, they dress it up with things like muh systemic racism or muh oppression, but what it all boils down to is that they believe all people should be equal, as opposed to all people are equal, and they don't believe that blacks are equal to whites so they want to implement policies to fix the "discrepancy" that they perceive.

7
BlinkinSun 7 points ago +7 / -0

I’m sooooo glad that I never had to go through any of this shit with Collins... especially since less than 20% of the people at my site are white... I’d rage quit.

6

The whole point of the "sensitivity" training as implemented, has been to disrupt the personal relationships in the workforce.

3
Modus_Pwninz 3 points ago +3 / -0

They will kick-start this again with a vengeance as soon as they can.

Unless legislation is passed that makes this illegal as a civil rights violation (which it is), it will continue.

And legislation won't be passed, because even Republicans would pander-vote against it.

3
nzsvz9 3 points ago +3 / -0

Didn't General Motors just win a defense contract to produce a Truck for the Army? Shouldn't GM be included in this - because they are knee-deep in the "Inclusive" and "Bias" stuff the CEO champions.

1
EatDatSideOfBeef 1 point ago +1 / -0

The EO ordered language banning racist training to be added to all future Federal contracts, so technically GM can continue until they sign one of the updated contracts or they become a subcontractor for a different project which follows the new rules.

3
Monzie 3 points ago +3 / -0

Do these idiots not realize that training like this will destroy their businesses? Cause it one hundo percent will.

3

Collins Aerospace rant, those bitches hang Chinese flag next to American flag. I’ve seen other countries too, usually for a few days. I figure it’s some kind of ploy with their foreign customers.

HOW AND WHY WAS THIS EVER A THING?! I’m telling ya

2
Yucky 2 points ago +2 / -0

Like I've said before, this is exactly what we need: a movement to SHUT. THIS. SHIT. DOWN.

It's blatantly against federal law as it creates a hostile workplace based on race.

It's not just a few people here and there whining about it, this is now a movement to kill this cancer. Thanks to Trump and Chris Rufo!

2
silentnoobxd 2 points ago +2 / -0

Microsoft needs to be added. Our military uses a lot of their stuff.

4
unsquishable [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

They are included. Rufo says so in the replies.

Edit: Whoops - I was probably thinking of Google, he says Google are included. I thought he said Microsoft but I can't find the tweet.

2
silentnoobxd 2 points ago +2 / -0

Google has gotten in a lot of trouble lately. Microsoft has managed to skirt trouble because they have a very aggressive set of internal policies about user data privacy, so they haven't done a lot of the dumb stuff Google does, but they're currently getting taken over by woke cultists. It's a matter of time at this point.

2
PlateCarrier84 2 points ago +2 / -0

Glad to see this take off.

My company has a giant push of diversity and inclusion, and was actually selling BLM t-shirts. They even have a test to learn about African Americans as a way to reduce your health care premium. Wonder if this could classify as part of the bullshit out forth by the EO?

It feels helpless there.

3
MrB0jangles 3 points ago +3 / -0

My company has the same nonsense... Diversity training is now mandatory. Everytime I get a HR email about training it might as well say... Hey you white racists you have to attend this training.
