Just amazes me that it saturated this much of the corporate world. How did it even get this far?

Long march through the institutions. They had a plan 50 years ago to infiltrate all major institutions and once they had enough people in place, they basically flipped the switch and thats why we've seen so much of this in the last 10 years.

It's college grads and what they teach in colleges, combined with the requirement of a college degree to get your foot in the door. Colleges have become too powerful. Abraham Lincoln was basically self taught. Carnegie went to work as a youth and worked his way up. We are controlled by government bureaucrats and virtually every one of them has a college degree. It is a requirement of employment, so here we are. There is no way for the ambitious, smart, "non educated" person to make it to the upper middle class except for the salesman or self employed. Teachers in my state, for example, are paid according to their degree and education, not by results or circular reviews. As one of my aunts once told me when I was considering whether or not to pursue a degree, It's not how smart or capable you are, it's whether or not you have that piece of paper. (degree) This was 40 years ago. Government and businesses demand degrees, and colleges furnish them employees with degrees tainted by egg head academic BS. What needs to be done is to give colleges competition by not demanding a degree to begin with. Can you do the job? Can you pass this test? Are you of good moral character. You're hired.

Didn't POTUS recently change the requirements of needing a degree for certain federal jobs?

I think he wanted to make it easier for other talented people to get involved in government.

He may have, but there is still going to be a ceiling or hard break similar to enlisted and officer corp that the military is so fond of. Sergeant's flew aircraft in WW2. Officers couldn't have that, so now all pilots are officers, and wonder of wonders, college grads.

Your comment should be stickied for all to read and understand.

The lefts muppet politicians may be stupid, but the hidden leadership and planners aren't stupid at all, just arrogant. Their incremental planning and infiltration have been very effective, and nearly complete in every sector of society.

Only by the grace of God are we in a position, with Trump as POTUS, to reawaken the American fighting spirit.

Yep. Hate to admit it but it's an incredible plan they had.

The threat of legal lawsuits. My friend works at a local Christian school. A black student got into a fight with a white student and alleged a racial slur. They threatened to sue the school for racism. As part of the settlement to avoid bad publicity, the school had to agree to force all of their employees to take regular anti-racism courses. So now my friend and all the employees are required to take this bullshit training. This is how it happens. Leaders of organizations are always risk averse, and it gets presented as a way to avoid legal liability for discrimination lawsuits and bad publicity.

Same reason the public is still forced to wear a mask in every store that is a franchise: owners terrified of lawsuits. You think Kroger gives af about your health? You think Walmart really cares whether you live or die, or whether you get sick from their store? The ONLY reason they care is because of the ever-looming lawsuit spectre that looms over every corporate robot's back.
