Didn't General Motors just win a defense contract to produce a Truck for the Army? Shouldn't GM be included in this - because they are knee-deep in the "Inclusive" and "Bias" stuff the CEO champions.
The EO ordered language banning racist training to be added to all future Federal contracts, so technically GM can continue until they sign one of the updated contracts or they become a subcontractor for a different project which follows the new rules.
