Uh, yeah, obviously. Why else would black people need special treatment to become equal? It's because it's unfair to expect them to compete with white people from an equal position, duh.
That's literally what these people think, they dress it up with things like muh systemic racism or muh oppression, but what it all boils down to is that they believe all people should be equal, as opposed to all people are equal, and they don't believe that blacks are equal to whites so they want to implement policies to fix the "discrepancy" that they perceive.
