On a side note, the last snake I killed recently turned out to be a “leg less lizard”. I’d never heard of such a thing, but I sorta felt bad because it would’ve eaten a lot of pests. I need to learn more about snakes because now I just kill one when I see it because I’m worried about my dog. Eastern Glass Lizard who’s ever heard of such a thing?

Lol, I’m trying to guess where you might live, sounds awful just in terms of pests. I’ve never been there so I’m only going off what I’ve read, but my guess is some part of Australia.
Yep I live in Australia..............I shot an eastern brown snake that the cat had bailed off the porch, it was a good 7 foot long as thick as my arm and angry as fuck, they are the most common snake around here and if you get bitten more than likely you will die especially where I live cause I am out in the middle of nowhere. The other type around here is the red belly black which will make you sick as hell but are pretty docile ( i would normally pick em up and send them on their way) and also tiger snakes which are lethal but not in the same realm as the eastern brown, we also get 6 to 7 foot long lace monitors (lizards) and all sorts of other interesting animals..........I love it!
That one is just toxic, not venomous, not the bite kills you.
