I thought IRS records were supposed to be private. How did NYT get them and how can they publish them?
Looks like someone in the IRS stole them. Why isn't anyone talking about this, it should be criminal.

the crime was committed by whoever reproduced the records, probably a 3rd party person with access to the NYDA office
