At a minimum, this disaffected BLM activist is clearly rejecting American Civilization. She is raising arms (weapons like a pedestrian killer) as opposed to the raised arm or fist of the Commies. She is actively working to overthrow this constitution and should forfeit any protections afforded its adherents. By this I mean no Bill of Rights under the US Constitution can be claimed by an avowed combatant. They will now be treated as per the Geneva Convention; Arrest, internment, military tribunals. Sentencing will be severe for some and traumatic for others. Some people will be exiled with revoked US Citizenship to somewhere more to their liking. Others will be facing federal prison.
