I disagree. Cops don't know who or what in situations. To say one group should be treated differently is stupid. Their job is to take down a threat. People lose their shit no matter their background. Now, this cop should have gave him time to get on the ground. He was a little ramped up but I see nothing wrong with use of force. They deal with nasty people everyday. Sometimes they end up attacking innocent people.
