I had an ex do this to me in Pinellas Co. and the cops new right away it was bullshit. They came to my door talked to me and left me there with my guns. Two weeks later the judge told her she can never file for an injunction again without a court order first because this was her 3rd time doing this same shit against other ex boyfriends. To this day I still have my CCW, gun and one less crazy bitch. She should have went to jail.... But I never got tackled like this. Fucking ridiculous procedure they have there.
