That's surprising for NJ. Here in Texas, people are wearing them like status symbols or something. I went to the grocery store and I see practically everyone in the parking lot wearing them. It's bizarre what we're seeing in this state. I feel like I'm living in CA. I'm hoping that Abbott's executive orders get struck down by a high court or he comes to the realization that he's a hated cuck and starts to follow the direction of states like FL, Georgia and SD.

Depends where you're going obviously. If you go to a big chain for grocery shopping (Target, Whole Foods etc), then yeah you'll see everyone wear masks just like here in NJ.
With the exception of the "Karens", everyone knows that the business requires the mask, because the State or Local government requires the businesses to enforce the masks.
We were one of the first days to lock down, and the Governor just kept extending the timeline indefinitely. The Governor chose to ignore the people's wishes to lift restrictions in a timely matter, so the people responded by just ignoring the Governor.
We the people have declared the virus to be over, just like in Florida.
