Me and my neighbor watched the game last week and we both 2 days later were like man I actually feel ashamed for watching it. At this point I, someone who watched football for 30 years cannot in good conscience watch a down of the NFL. Happy to report I was able to not watch any games this weekend ✊🏻
I hear Ya! And - Absolutely Commendable! It gets easier as the time goes on believe me. It's not easy giving up a what was, at one time an enjoyable habit. <wink>. But I actually after Sunday's, Monday's, AND Thursdays having not watched, feel good about Myself and Standing Up for Patriotism the FLAG and the 'Good-Ol' U.S.of A! Land of the Free and Home of the Brave........
Supposedly it's a group of low IQ individuals willing to concuss an opponent, do permanent mental damage and bodily harm to each other. Over some type of ball. For a certain amount of money. Oh! And also dislike this Nation's Flag and National Anthem.....
Watching? I Guess maybe could be from a self preservation-warrior human competitive instinct . Stats? You know what IS on tonight though ? Stanley Cup Finals. Game 6. Lightning have a chance to hoist their Second Cup. Or they have a chance to blow a 3-1 lead. Either way, I bet it gets better ratings than football with Tucker beating them both.

I saw the NFL on TV at a bar, and I was like, I have zero desire to watch any of that crap.
Being a fan of professional sports is officially anti-American.
We never watch TV anymore. Just what we want. I hate primetime sports. UFC only and maybe fishing shows.
