He’s just standing there talking to a cop calmly. Then he is surrounded by few more cops. One yells at him “ get on the ground” and then before there would be enough time to process the request, a cop tackles him from the side. Then he keeps saying what he was saying before he was tackled, “I didn’t do anything.”
The first cop was calm, he was handling the situation professionally. Considering the cop probably thought he was responding to someone having a mental break, he knocked it out of the park. That second cop going for that tackle should be investigated at the minimum (maybe the wife told him some crazy shit like Brad had a gun and was going to execute the first cop he saw), and probably reprimanded.
