The first cop was calm, he was handling the situation professionally. Considering the cop probably thought he was responding to someone having a mental break, he knocked it out of the park. That second cop going for that tackle should be investigated at the minimum (maybe the wife told him some crazy shit like Brad had a gun and was going to execute the first cop he saw), and probably reprimanded.
