Yeah, anyone else ever carefully practiced for a presentation only for things to go off on a different trajectory? Every healthy discussion does that. That's how it goes. You can't practice for every scenario. Plus we have an opponent that tends to go off the rails for no reason and a president with years of business negotiation experience, most likely with some very testy individuals.
I know everyone here states "He has dementia" like its a fact, but I don't think so. I do think he gets befuddled/confused from time to time, especially when he tries to remember and recite some event from the past and do it quickly (like a debate). I think THAT might come out during the debate which would be a body blow to his candidacy.

Biden HAD to be the nominee, because the instant he isn't, investigations into Burisma/Ukraine are no longer 'election interference'. DNC did what DNC does, and visibly screwed over the Democratic party for the second presidential race, all to keep the Ukraine lid on with a Deep State candidate.
So Trump sends the message to hold off on Biden investigations to avoid the appearance of political motives, and Biden is forced to be the nominee to have any chance of keeping that from happening. Trump made it happen, because he knows Biden is the weakest opponent. Because he knows the DNC corruption in choosing the candidates would be obvious again (They wanted Bernie, both times.)

I see Biden losing it and ranting and saying some crazy things at some point. If He can't keep his temper in check with voters asking tepid questions, he might have a seizure trying to deal with Trump.

Or pointr to the earpiece Joe is wearing and ask about it real loud, like when you talk to an old deaf person. Explain things to Joe real slow, like he's a simpleton.
