Even if he has an earpiece you still have to listen to what’s being told to you and repeat it back so if he’s taking a long time to answer it’s because he hast to listen to somebody say it and then he has to say it out loud and under pressure and with Trump ready to jump on him there’s gonna be a mistakes galore.
